The sun begins to fall behind a line of snow-covered peaks as an open-top Cadillac winds through the mountains. A soulful melody drifts from the radio, with warm horns, drums, and deep grooves carrying through the air. Somewhere between the endless road and surrounding wilderness, vintage rhythm, cinematic atmosphere, and a sense of adventure collide with funky dubstep and live saxophone.
This is the world of SoDown.
For nearly a decade, the Colorado-based producer and multi-instrumentalist has built one of bass music’s most distinctive projects by bridging dubstep with the timeless energy of funk, soul, jazz, and live saxophone. His music can hit with the force of a festival sound system one moment, then open into a beat that feels pulled from another era. That contrast sits at the center of SoDown: heavy but soulful, explosive but intentional, nostalgic while constantly moving forward.
SoDown has brought this world to stages at Red Rocks, Coachella, Electric Forest, Lost Lands, Shambhala, The Gorge, Global Dance Festival, and premier venues throughout North America. In 2026 alone, he has headlined more than 50 shows while continuing to grow his fan-driven “GetDown” activations.
Those experiences extend the project beyond traditional concerts, bringing fans together through hiking, paddleboarding, indoor skydiving, Topgolf, and other adventures rooted in movement, connection, and the outdoors. Rather than treating community as something that exists only inside a venue, SoDown has created a culture built around exploring more, living fully, and sharing unforgettable moments with the people around you.
That momentum has continued across digital platforms. His fan-favorite ‘On The Air’ flip series generated more than one million SoundCloud streams over the past year, while a series of viral Instagram videos introduced his blend of bass, musicianship, humor, and personality to an expanding global audience.
As a new chapter of music and touring takes shape, SoDown continues to deepen the universe surrounding the project. It is a place where scenic roads stretch toward the horizon, retro vibes pour through the speakers, saxophone melodies float above thunderous bass, and every destination creates another story.
“To be SoDown is to seize every opportunity, explore new grounds, try new things, and ultimately live the most epic life possible,” he shares. “This universe is far too beautiful, and life is simply too short to not do what makes you happy. Unconditional love is the most powerful force in the world, and bass music is my way of expressing it.”
