Blueprint (aka Printmatic), is an emcee and producer from the city of Columbus, OH who began his career with the release of a couple unassuming cassette tapes in 1999. Although his initial buzz came from his work as a producer, the formation of Soul Position with instrumentalist RJD2 pushed Blueprint into the spotlight as an emcee. The duo signed to independent powerhouse label Rhymesayers Entertainment, and released three critically acclaimed projects (Unlimited, 8-Million Stories, and Things Go Better with RJ & Al), that were featured in outlets like Spin, URB, XLR8R, and Hiphopsite.com among others.
In 2005, Blueprint released his debut solo release 1988, touring the United States and Canada extensively, and over the course of the next four years proved to be one of the most prolific artists around by releasing two solo EP’s (Blueprint Who & Blueprint vs Funkadelic), two instrumental albums (Sign Language & Chamber Music), two Greenhouse EPs (Electric Purgatory Part One & Two), and his his genre-defying sophomore album Adventures in Counter-Culture, out now on Rhymesayers Entertainment.

Additionally, Mad Dukez has opened up for a wide range of headliners — from Aloe Blacc to Sadat X — just more proof that this newcomer is truly a renaissance hip hop emcee.
Mad Dukez is currently promoting his upcoming debut, GETTIN’ GATSBY’D, a conceptual album paying homage to the roaring twenties and the short-lived decadence of that decade. Entirely produced by Toronto producer champion Fresh Kils, the unique pairing has resulted in smooth, energetic flows floating over original sample-free hip-hop compositions, with a hell of a live show attached. FRESH KILS
From behind the boards to the stage, there’s not a spot of ground Fresh Kils’ prolific career hasn’t touched. And not just hip hop. It’s true, you’ll see Saigon and Ali Shaheed (ATCQ) grace his resume, but you’ll also find the likes of Ron Sexsmith & The Buena Vista Social Club. His prowess on the MPC has seen him share the stage with many of hip hop’s legends (Nas, De La Soul) as well as the best of the underground. With momentum & accolades growing each year, Fresh Kils’ is poised for a sound system takeover unlike any we’ve seen in a long time. You’ve been warned… Price is Right Routine:
